We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items from Store
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). Please contact miami@cooltofitness.com with questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

1) How many days do I have to change my order?
Once the order is received, you have 30 days to manage the change.
In order for it to be received and managed, the product(s) must arrive unused or unwashed, as well as with their original labels.
If you made the purchase online, you can manage the change in the same way.
2) I want to return my order, how do I get my money back?
Once your purchase is made, you have 15 days to make the return, you can request a refund of the money or a credit note valid for 60 days.
To make any return we must receive the product in perfect condition, otherwise the return will not be processed and the new shipment of the product in question must be paid.

METHOD : The day the return is requested, the garment removal process is carried out and it is confirmed via email that the request was activated.
The courier will go to the informed address to withdraw the return request. Once you arrive at Coolto, the conditions of the garments will be verified.
Upon verifying that they are in perfect condition, the value will be refunded by the means in which the payment was made.
This management can last up to 12 days from the return request until said refund.
Payment of the freight (shipment) will not be returned, and in the case that it has been sent without charge, it will be charged.
In the case of purchases made with special promotions or discounts, the money will not be refunded, a credit note will be issued for the corresponding value.
IMPORTANT: No changes are made to underwear, accessories and face masks, except in those cases where the product has a manufacturing fault. The changes will be taken at the price of the garment at the time of carrying out the management and it can be exchanged for the desired garment, also being taken at the price found at that time. In the event that the difference in money is greater than the change, the difference must be paid through the payment link generated by the Customer Service team.

The same day that the management is carried out, the post office is informed so that in the next few days it can remove the garment/s,
Once the post office delivers the package and we verify the conditions of the products; the previously managed change will be dispatched.
The day after the process begins, we will proceed to send the tracking number so that you can know when they will be visiting you to collect the garments.
The complete process can last up to 12/15 days approximately.

The products offered on the COOLTO FITNESS platform are digital products made up of online courses, services, mentoring, fitness challenges, classes, and online programs. All of them contain their respective description and price in the service sheets. Prices for services are quoted in USD.

Product Delivery
The delivery of our digital products will take place immediately.
The purchase of digital products begins with the payment of the product and ends at the time of download/delivery, consumption or termination of subscription.

Returns
Downloadable digital products offered on our platform due to their digital nature will not be offered for returns or refunds.
When the customer is purchasing a downloadable product, and this download has already been initiated, a return will not be applied. Otherwise, if the product has not been downloaded or shipped, the customer can write to info@cooltofitness.com and comment on the reason for their return. We will review your request for the refund process, which can take up to 30 days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. As they are digital products, there are no material costs for returning the product, so there will be no refund for shipping costs.
In relation to advisory services, if these have not been provided after 14 days from the date booked by the client, due to lack of cooperation from the client, the client will lose the right to a refund of what has been paid.
The after-sales assistance of the products offered on the platform will be free of charge exclusively regarding the download and delivery of the products.
Any consultation as a result of the material included in the digital products is not included as free of charge.
Non-downloadable challenges and courses and memberships purchased on our platform have a 48-hour money-back guarantee after purchase as long as the customer has not consumed/viewed more than 10% of the content in the case of challenges.
Memberships can be cancelled at any time and the customer will enjoy the remaining time in force with all the rights acquired during the purchase.
Changes & Reservations
For bookings of counselling sessions, the client has a period of 24 hours prior to the booked date to cancel or reschedule it, without losing the quota. In the event that it is within 24 hours prior to the booked date, the client will not be entitled to a refund and/or return and the appointment will be considered as made, and it will be necessary to reserve a new space.
